The Indian Steel Construction Association (ISCA) is a premier non-profit organization committed to advancing the use of steel as a key construction material across India. Our mission is to transform the country’s construction ecosystem by promoting sustainable, efficient, and innovative steel solutions through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and industry development.
2. Membership
2.1. Membership Categories:
ISCA offers the following membership categories:
- Individual Membership: Ideal for Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Students.
- Corporate Membership: Ideal for EPCs, Steel Manufacturers, Infra Firms, Tech Providers.
2.2. Eligibility:
Membership is open to individuals and organizations that align with ISCA’s mission and objectives. ISCA reserves the right to approve or reject any membership application at its sole discretion, without providing reasons.
2.3. Membership Fees:
Membership fees are as follows:
- Individual Membership: Rs. 5,700 + GST
- Corporate Membership: Rs. 1,00,000 + GST
All fees are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian law. Membership fees are subject to change by ISCA at any time, with prior notice to existing members for renewal purposes.
2.4. Membership Term and Renewal:
Membership is valid for a specific period as communicated at the time of application/renewal. Members are responsible for renewing their membership by paying the applicable fees before the expiry date to ensure continued access to benefits.
2.5. Membership Benefits:
Membership benefits vary by category as outlined on the ISCA website and may include:
- SSMB Magazine Subscription
- Steel Construction Expo Access (discounts/free entries)
- Steel Day Conference Participation (discounts)
- Access to SCS Webinars and Past SCS Videos & Training
- Free Delegate Pass for SCS Regional Conference (for Corporate Members)
- Discounts on Training Programs/Workshops (for Corporate Members)
- College Training Program Access (for Corporate Members)
- Corporate Branding & Media Visibility (for Corporate Members)
ISCA reserves the right to modify, add, or remove membership benefits at any time without prior notice.
2.6. Non-Refundable Policy for Membership Fees:
Once a payment for membership (Individual or Corporate) is successfully processed, it is non-refundable. This policy applies irrespective of membership utilization, cancellation, or termination for any reason. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.
3. Events, Webinars, and Training Programs
3.1. Registration and Fees:
Registration for ISCA-hosted events, webinars, and training programs is subject to availability and payment of applicable fees. Eligible members receive discounts at the time of registration, as outlined on the ISCA website or promotional materials.
3.2. Non-Refundable Policy for Event/Program Fees:
All fees paid for registration to ISCA events, webinars, training programs, or any other paid activities are non-refundable once the payment is successfully processed. This policy applies irrespective of attendance, cancellation by the registrant, or any other reason. By registering and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.
3.3. Cancellation or Changes by ISCA:
ISCA reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change the dates, venue, speakers, or content of any event, webinar, or training program due to unforeseen circumstances or for any other reason. In such cases, ISCA will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants in advance. While we strive to avoid such situations, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes made by ISCA, but we may, at our sole discretion, offer credit for future ISCA events or programs.
4. Website Usage
4.1. Acceptable Use:
You agree to use the ISCA website and its content only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.
4.2. Intellectual Property:
